I was disappointed to witness an incident at this establishment where the owner was shouting at children. It was an uncomfortable and upsetting situation that made me question the environment here. I understand that managing a business can be challenging, but I believe there are more constructive and respectful ways to handle situations, especially around children. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as it's important to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all customers."

I was in the car we just stopped there my husband went with kids to buy some sweets for them when he came out with kids he started yelling & shouting then he avoided him but kids started crying & scared & traumatised because of this incident because of that guy my kids are still in shock avoid him if you can thanks

Please avoid him if you guys can just stop there didn’t know it was his parking went to the shop come back & he was being so aggressive & started to shout I was trying to avoid him but my kids started crying because him so went back told him be nice he started yelling screaming shouting avoid him he’s is syco just avoid that place thanks what horrible incident my children are still in trauma what happened avoid him

Brilliant experience, boiler broke on coldest evening of year and Ash was there an hour later and got it up and running again. Ash is most efficient, courteous and helpful, can't praise enough.
