When they first came in, they charged a couple thousand dollars to rough in the new sink, toilet, and water treatment system. After they left about a week later, we noticed this leaking in the drainage pipe. When we called them back to do the repair they said although they replaced the piece of pipe above and below it that it must’ve cracked on its own because they didn’t crack it and charged an additional $800 just to repair that leak as they now must replace everything including the work they already charged us for.
