Rip-off and disohest! Will never call again. Overcharging for simple tasks (275$ to put silicone, 85$ to remove washers, 120$ for a 10 min job), telling something is broken when they left it untied, pointing to do it ourselves as they are crazily expensive (toilet valve: 150$). Horrible experience.
