We bought a home in an older neighborhood with a lot of trees.After being in there for a few weeks we had a back up caused by the roots of the tree. We called Plumbway and they came out quickly and assessed the problem. The next day they sent a crew of four guys and they started digging up where the problem was. They took four days from start to finish to get our problem solved and we had use of our toilets again. We’ve had no problems since.
