Excellent service!! Fast, efficient, professional..... I highly recommend them.
Rude, don't use. They send technicians (aka Plumbers) that are not trained to trouble shoot. I was told the boiler was serviced and tested and in working condition. Just to find out on the first day of cold weather, it didn't fire up. I called the office for answers and got the rudest people with no customer service what so ever. They abandoned the job and left me with out a working boiler. Stay away

I called James just as he was getting to his shop and explained my situation. He was at my house in an hour and was done with the job before the water company was back a short time later to turn the water back on. Two new valves and no worries. I would highly recommend Plumbums for their efficiency, quality of work, and fair pricing.
