My garbage disposal was leaking and was replaced by Zach. He was very professional, fast, and kept me updated with what he was doing. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future, i like to support the local companies. Thanks again for coming out on a same day service for me, especially on a Saturday. Zach was a saint !!

Jim, Zach, and the Plum Bums Team exceeded our expectations when addressing a leak(s), troubleshooting and ultimately replacing our water heater. The problems came from several directions and were unexpected, but Jim and Team were professional and extremely supportive through the whole process and made sure to address our issues regardless of how many visits until the problem was solved. Great experience. Transparent pricing, they came the next day. When they needed a part they couldn't buy locally, they cam back the next week and did not charge for that visit, just for the parts and the labor. Recommend.
