I had originally posted a five-star review based on our first experience. I'm revising that based on a very large job we hired Jim/Plumbums for. Our first experience with Plumbums was excellent - we had an emergency issue, Jim was able to come out within an hour or two and get it fixed, and he was on his way. When our pipes froze during the big storm this January (thankfully, without water in them), we decided to hire Plumbums again. That didn't go as well.
