Excellent experience overall - from the quotation process, scheduling and installation. A clear scope of work was provided for my hot water heater replacement. Zach was very professional, punctual and friendly - he answered all of my questions. He also ensured that the work area was left clean and neat. This was my first time using Plumbums and I will not hesitate to call them again as the need arises. I highly recommend them.
Needed repair on a unsteady dishwasher. Hedi explained exactly what the issue was, and fixed the problem in short order. Also checked for a leak from a washing machine, which none was found. Thanks for the great service... again!
