Friendly, prompt, reasonable!!
I will never call another plumber. This time, it was an urgent replacement of a sump and its backup. Plumbums was on site in less than 24 hours, specifically at MY availability, and the work is perfect as always. I'm in Berlin, and I cannot see why anyone in the area would look elsewhere.
From Susan in the office to Jim the owner, they were friendly, professional and provided excellent service. Jim personally contacted us, recognized our problem, and was able to fix our problem in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. We would highly recommend Plumbums LLC
Heli and Deshawn were awesome. They replaced my no longer usable or wanted garbage disposal with a direct hookup drain, in the process finding the cause of a water leak which I had not even noticed until I was clearing the cabinet for the work to begin! I had super support, clear pricing, and friendliness throughout.
