The team did a great job
Trying to find a trusted team to work on my recently purchased home was very stressful and consisted of a lot of digging on public reviews. Plumbums caught my eye so I decided to give them a call when I had a new leak from the pressure relief valve on my boiler. I called in and spoke to Susan who was so incredibly kind and helpful. I explained my concerns and she told me she would discuss with Jim (the owner) and get back to me. Would like to compliment how great, outstanding and professional Jim and his staff are. Every time I have had them come out for a repair they have been very prompt, on time. Fixed my shower valve and several things around the house. . Answered all my questions. Very reasonable pricing. Jim and his guys takes pride in what they do and take pride in taking care of the customer. Glad I found him. Great service. I would highly recommend Plumbums.
