Charlie was referred to us by another plumbing company and we understand why they put their trust in him. He called back within an hour to our urgent situation and made a same day service call during the holiday week. Very professional, explained the service and approximate cost before doing the work. Plumbtek added a gas line and then installed a gas range for me. Charlie was great to work with, communicated well. He is professional yet also very personable. Quality work!
