Really great company , promptly helped my elderly relative and sent clear instructions to myself. Really great service from Charlie.
Very friendly, professional and efficient company. They were quick in coming out to look at what work was needed and explained clearly what was required. Unfortunately they had to correct work that had been completed by another professional who was obviously incompetent ! A comprehensive quote was then sent which we accepted, very easy electronic system, and luckily they were able to complete the work the next day to make everything safe with our direct, unvented hot water system.
