Plumbs Up Plumbing and Maintenance have been fantastic. Oliver fit me in quickly when my hot water system failed, and the plumber he sent to replace it and move it outside did an excellent job. When another issue came up, they were at my Gold Coast home within the hour and handled everything with ease. Friendly, reliable, fair pricing, and top-quality work every time. Highly recommend!
Great communication and reliable, lots of experience. We have difficult to access toilets but it was not a problem for Josh. Appreciated his suggestions.
Reconnected some plumbing that required a bit of fiddling around. Minimal hesitation to solutions and got the work done - effectively and tidily.
Poor communication and expensive experience. Team agreed to come do a job after I explained the likely problem - Turned out they couldn’t fix that issue (which was predictable in retrospect). On property for 10minutes, and just told to call an electrician. $181 bill for the pleasure. Tried to query this all via email with no response. Gave 2 stars because they were friendly on the day.
