Another one of many pleasant experiences with Plumbs Up! How often can you say that about a tradesperson? Last year we had Chad over a few times to fix a leaky outdoor tap and also replace our sump pump system. This week we had Tyler over to replace our sewer ejector system. Clearly the staff are all trained to high standards as both Chad and Tyler were friendly, honest, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. They never made us feel like “dumb homeowners” which we appreciate! Thank you gentlemen!
Big Thank you to James. James arrived explained everything in detail and what he would have to be done. He checked over everything that I had a concern with. Very professional and clean definitely would recommend James. Also pretty neat how before the plumber arrives they give a little background information of the person who is coming in text.
