I had Steve come out for water softener issues. After reviewing the problem, I asked him to have a look at a shower faucet issue. Steve explained very thoroughly all processes and possibilities. Due to the amount of work involved Steve called Chad and Ben to assist. The team ended up fixing the complete water softener system, upgraded the entire shower faucet and valve. Absolutely brilliant service in an emergency situation! We had a water leak in the basement. Lynsey squeezed us in and Tyler was here within a couple of hours. Not to mention the outstanding service provided! 10+ stars
