Called them for what we thought could be a big problem. Tyler came, looked, and even discussed with his colleagues to provide us with a great context as well as options and a recommendation which seems to have worked out perfectly! And it costs us nothing . It gave us a great deal of confidence in Tyler AND the company. Plumbs Up now IS our plumber! Ps. Tyler is also ever so pleasant
We called 5 different plumbers to get a quote to get some plumbing work done. All were charging more and we could tell they were upselling services we didn't need. Tyler arrived with a great personality and a smile on his face. Great guy and we loved the work he completed with professionalism and perfection. He did the work that was needed in a short time and the process was very seemless.
Got up this morning & through a series of events, realized that the jacuzzi in the master bath was not draining. Initial review indicated that it might be from one of the bathroom sinks as they seemed to be backing up into the tub, it was quickly getting away from being a DIY project.
