Unfortunately, when the technician arrived, he was unable to replace the O-ring or repair the faucet. Since then, Keith promptly followed up with us, fully refunded all of the fees, and resolved the matter to our satisfaction. We sincerely appreciate his quick response and commitment to making things right.
