This was the most horrible experience! We paid after hours to come after 530p on Thursday night. Logan does not know what he's doing. He said he'd take care of us and we didn't hear back from him Friday, Saturday or Sunday. On Monday we received a text that they would arrive at the home between 8a - 9a.
