Terrible experience, they were very happy to take my money but would not answer any questions without huge drama. Will they guarantee their work/ will they be careful at the work site ...my home. Finally had to call the job off. Terrible experience .. I recommend you don't use this company. I have subsequently worked with real roof plumbers on my home with happy results. Plumbnorth is just a bad company ..they will lie... and when you point out the discrepancy/ lie.. they become hysterical and accusatory.
Absolutely fantastic service! We had Plumbnorth install our new dishwasher and fix our gutter after all the heavy rain, and they exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
A year after termite damage to the area above my front door the heavy rains in December 2024 had water coming though my ceiling (in the previously termite damaged area). I called around and these guys advised they could come out. That I appreciate. Young man arrived on time and was nice but was green. I let him use my ladder which was still folded on my deck as I have previously used it to get up on roof and hadn’t taken it back to the shed.
