Found a leaking pipe in my basement and contacted Plumbmasters Ltd for an emergency call. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner, Nathan, personally responded. He quickly assessed the issue and fixed it right then and there. Nathan was very professional and informative, taking the time to explain the problem and walk me through his repair recommendations. After our hot water tank stopped working, I contacted Nathen at Plumbmasters for help after another company came by and was not helpful. He was absolutely the best person for the job. He came after hours on 2 occasions to diagnose the issues (there were a few, one caused by the other company who tried to upsell me huge by saying the issue was bigger than it actual was) and he was able to figure it out!
