After our hot water tank stopped working, I contacted Nathen at Plumbmasters for help after another company came by and was not helpful. He was absolutely the best person for the job. He came after hours on 2 occasions to diagnose the issues (there were a few, one caused by the other company who tried to upsell me huge by saying the issue was bigger than it actual was) and he was able to figure it out!
