I have used Nu Flow for a while now for plumbing jobs around our work site in the hills. They have been excellent each and every time. From showing up on time, completing jobs to a very high standard, they always go above and beyond. The team has been very professional in all the standards required for each and every job. Can’t recommend them highly enough for all plumbing work. Awesome work Dane you have an amazing team working with you.
Exceptional customer service. Very professional & reliable. It is great dealing with someone who actually communicates unexpected schedule changes, turns up on time & leaves everything the way it was found. Even though Dane & his team were working in the rain & mud, everything was cleaned up & hosed down. It is always nice when you find great tradespeople. Placed a call for a hot water service repair, staff were very courteous and helpful, and had me booked in straight away, the tradesmen arrived on time with all the parts needed and had the repair completed without any issues or fuss. Thank you Dean and team for the rapid response to our sewer emergency. I have been very impressed with the services provided Working in a difficult area the team took care of the surrounding plants and made extra efforts to leave to site clean after the work was completed. The two lads that attended are great ambassadors for the company. Very polite and respectful. They kept us in the loop with the progress and explained options clearly.
