Plumbline Services was fantastic to work with. They connected my refrigerator to the water line quickly and efficiently, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The team was incredibly kind and professional, and I was pleasantly surprised with the total cost. It’s rare to find a company that does great work and shows that level of honesty and care. I had an appointment I set a week in advance for today. The window was between 8-11am. It was 10:45am no one called or texted or emailed. So I called and they said they had cancel last minute. I work day and night so I can’t just reschedule until my next day off which is Wednesday. And I was waiting my all morning for them when I had stuff to do. I booked this appointment through Home Depot. Will never do that again and I recommend no one to lose water their time. either.

The house I live in was built in 1966 faucet in the tub the cold water would not shut off it was determined that it was so corroded inside that it could not possibly be replaced so I ended up having to replace the entire faucet system for the shower actually was okay with me because having a 3 handle system before really did not work for me now having a single handle life will be much better

Having to modify my 5 star review after learning from another plumber that the short run of flat drain pipe identified as problematic during my $125 service call was actually a vent pipe and had nothing to do with the underlying issue. Fortunately I did not allow Drain Terrier to attempt this unnecessary, costly repair but am still out the service charge which the other company did not charge while, more importantly, being able to identify the problem the first time. Absolutely terrible customer service/scheduling/ reliabity/un-professional. I have had a appointment booked for 2 weeks. When i called to confirm i was told no service can or will be provided to my condo. No communication between the booking. I was told no service provided the day of the appointment. Avoid this company.
