I have not used this company but according to what I have read on Nextdoor, I would never use them, many people have mentioned that they are deceptive charging them for things they didn't need and overpriced when compared to others in the same trade.

Had my sump pump die, and they were available to take a look the next day, had it diagnosed and replaced in a couple hours, and their staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

A very rude service man. Came in without even checking anything and Gave me an estimate of over $1500. Come to find out whoever installed the water pressure gauge from Plum line never adjusted it at all. Had a local plumber double check He adjusted it to 70 pounds And changed out the pressure tank on top of the hot water tank $125 later Thank God, I didn’t go with plum line It’s really sad. I’ve used them for years and they just keep getting worse and worse and worse.

They performed an installation that went fine. Later I scheduled an appointment to do mini split maintenance. Scheduled and rescheduled 5 times. When they finally made it, they punted and promised to return the next morning but did not show up.

This trade outfit is a scam. Paid for a furnace “tune-up”, and all I got was 1,000’s of dollars worth of quotes. I called the front office twice and no one could actually tell me what the “tune-up” was. I essentially paid them to give me quotes. On top of that, they were very pushy with my wife, saying that there were “mandatory” gas line fixes. Once I got home, their tune changed immediately.
