Stay away from this company. They did a repair on my neighbor townhouse, completely severed my sewer line, which caused huge sewer backup. Now they refuse to take responsibility for their action. Clamping that sewer backup was caused by “wipes and roots”.

Well, this is unfortunate, and I will be putting this on both your Google Maps business pages. I have now tried 2-3 times to have Plumbline come out to take care of an issue I am having with my plumbing, and couldn't be more unimpressed with how much they just tell you to pack sand. Everyone making reviews that Plumbline doesn't care about your time, and scheduling appointments is true. To be clear: experience working with techs is great, customer service is solid, products are good. The problem: both of my tune ups in 2024 which were scheduled 1-2 months in advance have been rescheduled the day before or day of. I purchased my AC/Heater from you, I pay the annual membership fee, what else am I supposed to do to not get bumped? I want to maintain the warranty provided, but you are making it difficult. I scheduled a service appointment with Plumbline 2-1/2 months ago for today. Yesterday, they confirmed the appointment, with a window of 1-5 pm. Today, at 10:00, they called and said their technicians were experiencing “some delays”, and asked to reschedule for THREE WEEKS from today. Really? You confirm an appointment, I arrange my schedule to accommodate your 4 hour service window, then you need to reschedule for 3 weeks later??? Terrible “service”!
