Our 16 year old Lennox a/c was freezing up every hour so I decided to get 4 bids for a new 3 ton a/c. Lined up 4 bids over 2 days with a minimum of 4.9 rating. Called Costco and they said the salesman would call me back in 48 hours. Geoff with Plumbline called me within 2 hours and gave me a quote in the early afternoon.
