Don't use them. The maintenance guy in my building (78 Harrison Garden) recommended them so I thought it would be fine. Not impressed, tried to charge me for more work than needed and was in my unit for 58 minutes but charged for 1.5 hours. Scam

The guy fixed our toilet then he said if you pay in cash you won’t pay taxes so we did he calls my property manager Jonathan a month later and says we didn’t receive the payment ? I’m like why is he calling you instead of me? I lied to him and told him that I have hidden cameras in my suite and if he wants payment he can take us to court 10 minutes later my property manager calls me and says it’s a miracle they found the cash! Lol

Totally understand why the low rating on this company. Horrible customer service and they are plumbers that don't actually plumb??!! Tons of better companies out there save your money!!

Very disappointed with their service. We were charged for 4 hours and a $640 invoice when the issue turned out to be a simple caulking problem causing water to leak. Instead of checking the shower area first, they cut holes in the wall and billed us for unnecessary work. This should have been inspected before any wall cutting. Would not recommend, feels like a scam. There are other highly rated plumbing services in the area. Avoid this one.
