Oh my god where to begin! Elliott is absolutely the best gas safe engineer AND plumber I've ever met (and I've met a few). He is careful, detailed, responsible, his work is of an extremely high standard and, while he may not always be immediately available for the job you have, he's probably worth the wait. Excellent service. Fixed leaking cistern withy no hassle and at a reasonable price. Will certainly use again for other work.
Elliott couldn't have been more helpful or responsive when we initially contacted him as a recommended plumber by Thames Water when we had a drainage /external leak issue. Elliott was both professional and caring and the work carried out was completed on time and the driveway and patio tidily restored and any mess cleared away.
