The tub in our upstairs bathroom was draining so slowly, it took hours to empty after a bath. We’d tried all the usual store-bought solutions, but nothing worked. The plumber snaked the line further than we could have, removed a clump of hair and soap buildup, and tested the drain with multiple fills. He even checked the overflow pipe to be safe. It’s worked perfectly ever since, and the whole job took less than an hour.

I had just purchased a new dishwasher and tried to install it myself which turned into a complete mess. The plumber came in, unhooked everything carefully, and reconnected the lines correctly. He also fixed a small leak I didn’t know I had under the sink. I was relieved to have someone who wasn’t judgmental and just got the job done right.

What a great service I recieved from this company. I was in desperate need of a gas engineer and they sent Joe over, who managed to get a gas leak sorted for me ASAP. Highly recommend this company.

Avoid! My emersion heater was not heating up the water in the water tank and I phoned this company, they took the money over the phone as it was an emergency call out, the plumber who came out had no clue what he was doing, he changed the solar thermal settings to manual operation. As soon as he heard the pump running he said to me the water was going to heat up to temperature in about any hour, I waited and there was no change to the water temperature.
