Deeply dissatisfied at how we’ve been treated by Plumbits. Our newly fitted shower tray cracked and leaked within 16 months due to incorrect installation by Jaz. Having registered the problem in store with Steve, we have had to chase for follow up, 4 weeks later we’re still waiting. Investigation has revealed the tray was installed contrary to manufacturers instructions. It was placed onto broken wall tiles and dabs of tile adhesive. We recently had two bathrooms designed & fitted by Plumbits. It was a fantastic service from start to finish. We arrived knowing we wanted something special for our master en-suite but not knowing exactly what!! Julie worked tirelessly with us to design something special and our second bathroom needed to be a contemporary, functional bathroom. The fitting team were amazing and everyone’s attention to detail was second to none. The whole project was seamless. Fantastic team and fabulous results. Thank you’
