My husband and I have just spent the best part of two and a half hours with an amazing lady called Julie James from Plumbits in Stafford, designing our new en-Suite. Deeply dissatisfied at how we’ve been treated by Plumbits. Our newly fitted shower tray cracked and leaked within 16 months due to incorrect installation by Jaz. Having registered the problem in store with Steve, we have had to chase for follow up, 4 weeks later we’re still waiting. Investigation has revealed the tray was installed contrary to manufacturers instructions. It was placed onto broken wall tiles and dabs of tile adhesive.
