It has been a year since our purchase of many items from PW. I have to say we love everything we purchased but I do have three favourite items. The first item we love is our Vogt 60/40 workstation sink. You will not be disappointed with this purchase. Second is the Bagno Italia freestanding tub. It has been a lifesaver. The water stays warm forever. Lastly the thing we love the most about PW is Patti. She was so amazing and patient throughout all our decisions we had to make. Quality products and excellent service. We purchased a bathtub, vanity and fixtures for our bathroom reno in October of last year. There was a few issues with the bathtub we ordered, however, these concerns were addressed in a professional matter. We were very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you to Colette and Basilio. The knowledgeable staff at PW are always eager to provide solutions and have got me out of countless jambs. Hard to trust anyone else.
I've always loved the service and selection at Plumbing Warehouse but was surprised today to see they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and only open until 5 Monday to Friday. I can only assume they are less interested in retail business and moving more towards contractors and commercial business. I'll try to visit during their limited business hours.
You would have to be crazy to shop there Unless you're into paying covid prices!!!$$$$$ Best to shop around online and save yourself a lot of your hard earned $
