The mother of a friend of mine had a leak in her basement. Warrith’s repair leaked twice. After the second leak, I went over and cut out the entire section of pipe that he “repaired” and repaired it properly. She told me she paid around $5,000 for a repair that took me an hour and a half to fix properly + his incorrect diagnoses. He also told her that the sewage smell she was getting sometimes was probably due to the “belly” in her sewer line under the parking pad. Quoted $20,000 to fix. Very prompt, courteous, and professional. My hot water heater was leaking and the gas wouldn’t shut off they came out fast and repaired my hot water heater
