Raphael helped us out when we had a flood in the basement due to a storm. I can understand why they were so busy; last week had the greatest rainfall in a week in years. Raphael lugged down the snake machine, and after he lead out a hundred and more feet, the drain cleared and it brought back a tree root, which was as good as anybody else's two-day wait. The next time, I know who to contact first!

They replaced my faulty water softener with a new one. He did a fantastic job. He was punctual, the price was reasonable, and the implementation is vastly superior to the previous one. Strongly recommended.
So that I wouldn't have to worry about water freezing in a hot water heating system no longer use, Raphael replaced a dripping outdoor faucet and drained the system. He's like a member of the family now that he's moved in with me. Not enough good things to say about this firm.
