I had a great experience with Home Therapist AC Repair. Alejandro arrived on time to diagnose why my AC wasn't cooling and quickly found the problem that the previous company had missed. The previous company had replaced the capacitor, but although the capacitor itself was the correct one, it had been wired incorrectly. This caused the condenser fan motor to spin in the opposite direction, which could have eventually damaged the motor if it had gone unnoticed. Used these guys before. The good new is, the Daikin equipment is great. Super quiet, efficient, intelligent. THE INSTALLATION WAS REALLY BAD! Owner: Installation should last 6 hours. My wife has Parkinson’s and was recovering from a heart procedure so we wanted a smooth install. Reality closer to 9, but ok. It didn’t help that one of the workers stepped through the ceiling while he was in the attic! But, stuff happens. Home therapist is the best. My experience with them has been amazing.
