Not everything went perfectly at first because one replacement part they brought didn’t fit our older plumbing setup. Still, the technician stayed calm, found the correct part locally, and returned the same day to finish the repair. That effort mattered more to me than pretending mistakes never happen.
Another fine job by plumbing tech! Have used them before on other projects and they have been wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend and will continue to refer without hesitation! Thank you!
We recently had a utility sink installed by Justice. He was awesome from start to finish — professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He took the time to address all of our questions and concerns, and made sure everything was done properly before he left. The installation looks great and works perfectly. Elias was prompt and courteous and deserves five stars. The reason for the low rating is the price. I was charged $270 for a five minute installation of a $25 part. I understand that a business needs to make a profit, but I felt the labor fee was excessive.
