Had to have a fairly significant drainage issue in the kitchen sinks. Called and had same day service!! (That never happens). Tech came out and spent several hours working on the pipes, explained all our options, very professional and hardworking. Would absolutely use them in the future!
The communication is excellent- they're very responsive to texts and emails. They were able to come out and give me a bid within the week, then got the work done on schedule.
They got the job done, but went over their estimated cost by 25% I used plumbing tech to run a gas line to my pool heater. When they gave me the bid we discussed how far the heater would be from the house, as it can’t be under any windows. On the day of service they called and told me they hadn’t accounted for the trenching and extra pipe to run the line underground to the heater when they create the bid, so they added another $800 onto the job.
They were very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful.
