Paul came and diagnosed why we lost hot water. He isolated that a zone valve to the hot water heater was malfunctioning and he showed me why I should replace it and the wiring to it. He had the part in his truck and completed the replacement work and checked to make sure the boiler and water heater were functioning correctly before departing. Paul was professional, courteous and enjoyable to talk with.

I had been with another company for thirty years. Thought they were taking advantage of me so I turn to PSI with Brandon coming out I cannot believe how intelligent and customer focused he was. He had his estimate to me in hour while it took the other companies days his bid was$6,000.00 less quoting the same equipment. Next week another job, way under the other company. Responds quickly and takes the time to explain everything. Unbelievable!!
