Andre did an excellent job explaining every aspect of the work he did in resolving my issue.
John did a great job. He arrived when he was supposed to and was professional and very competent with his service. PSI’s billing system is terrible. I was given 4 different estimates for the work…2 verbal from the schedulers and 2 written estimates. The first written estimate was wrong apparently but since they offered me a substantial discount, I went ahead and authorized the work.
Toilet was singing. Plummer came out after they cancelled once and said the flap was bad. Price was 375 dollars for ten minutes of work. I mentioned on another toilet I was charged 275. His answer was our price is 375. No choice but to have it done but I told him I will never use the company again. He could care less
