PSI was on time and well prepared for the service we needed.
Darren and Shawn showed up with a couple hour notice of a major plumbing issue and went right to work! They were professional, competent, and approachable. Darren took the time to explain the issue and what needed to be done to correct it. PSI still has to come back; but, it is not for lack of work ethic. Darren and Shawn needed more time than expected. These guys are completely incompetent. I called them for an emergency service on Sunday evening. They did show up within a few hours. But they said that the problem was that my septic tank was full and needed pumping, then left. I called a septic pumping company the next day. They said that the tank did not need pumping, that the problem was a clogged filter. He cleaned the filter and had the backup cleared in about 30 minutes.
