John was excellent. Did a great job. It’s not his company. The pricing was literally OUTRAGEOUS. Installing literally less than 30 dollars worth of pipe and spending about one hour onsite and the charge was just at 950.00. This is really outrageous.
Marius did a great job on our fireplace gas valve replacement. He let us know what was going on, kept the area clean, and was efficient.
Arrived within time window. As usual, friendly, informative, efficient. Helped us download app and sync thermostat. Couldn’t have been better. If things got any better, I’d have to take a pill.
We have had PSI out two times so far to fix a problem with our boiler and water heating issue that started over Labor Day weekend. They were very prompt on getting Tristan out to help us. He came within 4 hours of our call on a Saturday. Tristan was able to identify the issue, provide a temporary fix so that we could get hot water until the long-term issue was fixed.
