Avoid at all costs. I called up to asking for a price to fix a small leak on a toilet and to change a basin (like for like but with a mixer tap rather than hot and cold), I was told it was £69 for the first hour and £49 for each hour after that, it was estimated the job would take 2-3 hours. On the day 2 plumbers arrived and started the job then apparently had to go and get parts (a washer), quite why a plumber with a van doesn't have basic parts with them is a mystery - I'm inclined to think they went to have lunch or a cof... read more
