The technician arrived quickly the next morning and the work itself was fine, but the billing process was disappointing. I had to pay the same day even though no bill was provided, and it took a full week before I finally received one. When I called with reasonable questions about the charges, I was met with an attitude of anger and irritation instead of clear explanations. Sewer line repair - They're on the high end, so don't expect to get a reasonable bill. They did not even try to level the ground after filling, as much as we paid I expected that to happen.

Big shout out to Shawn and his guys for takin’ care of business for us at the Spa. Rain, sleet and snow didn’t stop them. They delivered us a new battery for our sump pump during the bitter cold this past year. Excellent and fast service. Very appreciated!
