They installed and maintained our boiler but they will not be involved again. We tried to get them to install a gas fire. The first time we rang them we agreed a date but they didn't turn up because the main plumber's son had been taken to the hospital. We arranged another date but when contacted the plumber's van had broken down and wouldn't start, so we arranged another date. Outstanding. We called in the morning about a leaking, rusty old kitchen tap that had suddenly got worse, and received friendly, professional advice, and a choice of replacements. Rupert was with us that same afternoon, and without fuss replaced the tap with the splendid new one we'd chosen, then cleaned and tidied (and even improved) the area beneath the sink. I very much appreciated his friendly, helpful nature. I can't speak highly enough of these chaps.

Have used this business who did an excellent job or servicing our gas fire on 28th January 2022. Unfortunately the fire did not work after the service and despite having paid £150 for the service and buying new coals for the fire £240 as recommended by the engineer. Since this date I have contacted Paul to arrange for the fire to be fixed. He has agreed several times to check for the part, but has forgotten to do it. After contacting him on 8th March he said he was on a gas course, but would check for this part that evening.... read more
