Phoned this company to fix a leaky shower on the recommendation of a friend. They responded promptly, we submitted photos of the issue, they made plans to come the following day. Never showed up. Never phoned. Never responded to follow up texts. Our experience was that the service was unreliable and unprofessional. Would not recommend or contact in future.
Called their office twice because a faucet they put in and warrantied was leaking. There was a significant delay before they responded, but they were apologetic and friendly and fixed the issue quickly.
