Rang James yesterday, sent through some photos, and now my plumbing issues are all sorted—I'm one happy chappy! Very professional and upfront—couldn’t ask for better service.
James has been absolutely amazing. Our old water heater did stop working and we called him on a Thursday morning and explained our issues. He was very helpful and talked me through all the options of replacement heaters available and associated costs. Given that this job was a plumbing emergency he kindly fitted us into his busy schedule on the same day to install a new water heater.
