Don’t believe the recording that states he will call you back in the order received. This is the same guy as listed in Cuba, NY. I called Joe at least 5 different times over a period of two months. I left all the requested information for services. Not one time did I receive a return call or any acknowledgment of my messages. I do not recommend this plumber.
Highly recommend ⭐️ Had a clog that was emergent, I left a message and they called back within 10 mins, came out to fix that day. Only ones to actually call back, let alone be able to come same day. Joe + Joe were extremely friendly and explained everything they were doing. They fixed the issue and got it done fairly quickly. I wouldn’t use anyone besides them.
Amazing!!! He went beyond for us to have hot water again and also said he would find someone to do my roof . 100% recommend
