Don’t believe the recording that states he will call you back in the order received. I called Joe at least 5 different times over a period of two months. I left all the requested information for services. Not one time did I receive a return call or any acknowledgment of my messages. I do not recommend this plumber. However I did find a plumber who was responsive and did not make excuses for poor business practices.
My wife and I are very pleased with Joe’s work! While trying to do a plumbing repair myself, I broke a pipe and screwed up some other stuff. I called Plumbing Plus and left a message in the evening… Joe got right back to me. I explained my problem. Joe and his helper came out and fixed the broken pipe, put new hardware in our shower, replaced the shut off valves that I screwed up and put a shut off valve in for our toilet, which was very much appreciated. I could not be happier with the services rendered by Plumbing Plus. I had to schedule from 1,000 miles away on a date certain because I had to travel from Florida to Cuba to get the work done. They were at the house exactly when they said they would be and they got the job done in about an hour. The cost was about 15% of what I would have paid for the same service in Florida. It’s just sad when a company claims that they respond within 24 hours and they don’t. This company cost me thousands of dollars in Repair because they did not respond within 24 hours of a flood that I had. I would totally not recommend………
