Called on a Sunday, actually answered the phone, confirmed it wasn't an emergency and were at my home within a few days. Accessed the issues (very low water pressure, sediment from well build up) and made a plan starting with the most reasonably priced option. Completed that day and scheduled for more work that we wanted done. Don’t believe the recording that states he will call you back in the order received. I called Joe at least 5 different times over a period of two months. I left all the requested information for services. Not one time did I receive a return call or any acknowledgment of my messages. I do not recommend this plumber. However I did find a plumber who was responsive and did not make excuses for poor business practices.
My wife and I are very pleased with Joe’s work! While trying to do a plumbing repair myself, I broke a pipe and screwed up some other stuff. I called Plumbing Plus and left a message in the evening… Joe got right back to me. I explained my problem. Joe and his helper came out and fixed the broken pipe, put new hardware in our shower, replaced the shut off valves that I screwed up and put a shut off valve in for our toilet, which was very much appreciated.
