I had Plumbing Pals out today to fix a botched job from a washer installation. Michael was terrific he fixed the problem and helped me put everything back together. I appreciate their fast complete service.
Arrived two hours late. Didn’t have the right tools. Charged for extra visits. Avoid this plumber!

Untrustworthy plumbing service. The plumber smelled of alcohol. Worked carelessly and slowly. Didn’t seal the pipe properly. Water flooding started again. Ignored my instructions. Overpriced for the poor quality. No invoice given. Didn’t clean the area afterward. Very disappointing experience
Terrible service! The plumber arrived late and left a huge mess. Would never call them again.
