Highly recommend Plumbing Pals! We were extremely pleased with the service from the staff who scheduled our appointment to the plumber who visited our apartment. Brad (the plumber) really went the extra mile and provided friendly, efficient, and professional service.
My heat wasn’t working correctly and my house was freezing. I called them at 9 o’clock in the morning and they had someone out fixing my heater by 1 o’clock.. Brad was my service guy and did a phenomenal job. Updated me throughout the process gave me notice of when he was coming and was even great with my dog. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again
