I scheduled an appointment with Plumbing Outfitters and met with their representative regarding a small bathroom addition project. The representative was professional, courteous, and took the time to review the scope thoroughly. However, I was very surprised by the proposal. For a relatively small bathroom/laundry addition, the plumbing estimate came in at approximately 10% of the value of the entire property. We worked with Tom on a job to search for a possible leak coming from a 2nd story shower pan. He was quick to arrive (same day!), communicative, transparent with price, and really friendly. It was a 10/10 experience!

Have used these guys in the past. No nonsense show up on time. Assess what’s needed make recommendations and execute their work efficiently. Noah was knowledgeable let me know what made sense based on his expert opinion. Hope I don’t need these guys in the future but if I do I’d call them right back out.

We were concerned about possible tree roots in our line. Noah took his time and eased our minds regarding the condition of our sewer line by scoping it and letting us know there were no breaks and root intrusion. What a relief!
