I called Plumbing Murphy TX after noticing low water pressure and a strange noise from my water heater. They sent a technician the same day, and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He quickly found the issue, explained everything clearly, and gave me a fair price before starting the work. The repair was done fast and the results were perfect — my water pressure is back to normal and the water heater is running quietly again. I really appreciate how honest and respectful they were throughout the whole process.

Called this plumber to fix a few issues they set date and time, didn't show up ,called multiple times to find out if they were coming and they kept telling me they was running late, they never showed and now answer my call and just hang up and say nothing. I would not recommend calling this plumber for anything. Worst plumber I have ever dealt with!

This plumbing firm did an excellent job replacing the bathtub in my bathroom. They were cautious and ensured that everything was completed to my satisfaction.

Extremely disappointment we have been charged 380 plus tax 410 dollars a job done within 20 min removed little clog , absolutely not again , even attorneys don’t charge that amount for less than 30 min ,

Terrible communication and outrageous pricing. Would never suggest anyone use this scam. Also they said they only take cash or check. Very suspicious.
