I want to share how satisfied I am with the service from Decarie Plumbing. From the very first contact, the service was excellent. They were professional, efficient, and clear throughout the entire process. Very rude
Apollo did an amazing job digging up our floor and fixing a pipe issue in our basement. He was knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend him and Decarie plumbing
So disappointed with this company. I thought I could trust them. Took forever to change a valve. Hourly rate seemed reasonable but the work was dragged beyond reason, including several long stretches of time where the plumber was looking for something in his truck and a trip to get a part from their store, which we payed for at the same hourly rate as doing plumbing work, which is beyond comprehension. The plumber was very rude when questioned about the bill at the end. Will never call them again.
Excellent service très professionnel. Je recommande pour les petits et gros travaux
