I would like to thank Kevin for his attentive action the other night. He came to my house around midnight for an emergency sump pump issue and had it resolved with a new hose line in literally minutes!! All this while the water was seriously flowing in...... Being a tradesman myself, I wish share my professional opinion on the outstanding service delivered by Plumbing Medic. I had a broken toilet floor flange sitting on concrete, dreading the thought of breaking concrete. The service man pulled off some magic and now there's no broken flange. I completely recommend Plumbing Medic.
We had an emergency drain backup and called Kevin at Plumbing Medic in the morning. He was able to come out on short notice and arrived right on time by 2 p.m. the same day. They ran a snake through the drain and also used a camera to properly diagnose the issue, and cleared the blockage, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Very professional, efficient, and helpful during a stressful situation. We really appreciated the quick response and would definitely recommend Plumbing Medic. Thanks Kevin!
Had our water tank go out on us. Plumbing Medic was great had plumber Zach out the next morning to diagnose the problem and give us a quote. They were able to get the job done the next day.
