We are beyond impressed with Chris and Melissa with Plumbing MD. Melissa reached out to me through a Facebook group and answered a question about a foul smell coming from my kitchen sink. I didn't utilize their services at the time, but their helpful and professional attitude made the decision easy as to who to call when our garbage disposal needed replacing. Called Plumbing M.D. for a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink and they came out the same day. The plumber was professional, explained what caused the issue, and fixed it fast. No mess left behind. Solid service.
I was very impressed today ...I had a water pressure issue in the shower so I called plumbing md on the advice of a friend who had used them. Not only did they return my call I actually spoke to a live person...told him of problem and he told me he would be over after taking care of present customer. He called texted 2 times to update his time of arrival....WHAT someone who really cares not to waste your time...he arrived was professional took great care of the situation. I cannot recommend Nick Marr with Plumbing MD enough. We had a (really) bad experience with broken pipes. Water and water damage everywhere. Nick showed up when he said he would, assessed the problem and quickly and reasonably fixed it. Just what you want in a plumber. He'll be ours for as long as we own a home in this area.
Nick was quick, efficient, knowledgable and kind. I have every reason to call him with my next issue and will have no problem referring him to my clients! Thank you , Nick!
