Ziyad and Ronnie have been so great to deal with for our new build. Very responsive, helpful and always kept me up to date on our deliveries. I would recommend them without hesitation. Ziyad in particular, goes out of his way with his customer service attitude, he provides good advice and recommendations, rectifies errors (if any) when needed and also delivers everything with care as if it's for his own home. Love working with this guy!
I had been to several bathroom stores while searching for items for my bathroom renovations. I spotted Plumbing Market on the internet and was initially attracted by their prices. Best prices around, seamless ordering, and solid support. Already a great experience. But when UPS failed to deliver my order before a long weekend and my reno was on hold, Ziyad went above and beyond: He didn't just apologize or point fingers at the courier. He spoke with his manager and then personally brought the pieces to my door so I had zero delays!. That's the kind of service you just don't see anymore. Highly recommend. Thank you Ziyad and team!

Steve and the guys at the Market were great. I had ordered a Toto Washlet, was told I would have it in a couple days but at the same time another large order for all the Toto's came in so I had to wait. As soon as the next shipment came in the guys shipped it out overnight. It's now installed and my bum is very happy! Do yourself a favour and contact Steve and the guys at the Plumbing Market to get your own Toto Washlet so you can also have a happy bum.
