My wife and I learnt a lot about the issues from them. They knew their stuff, were organized, tidy, and funny. I want buddies like them to calm me down in a similar situation. Independence Plumbing should recognize Lawson and the other gentlemen who helped us.

These ifiots wanted 1100$ just to look at pur issue. $400 just to sit in hos car while we talked to the tenants about the problems so we were accurate. Waste of space!!!! Do not recommend at all?!!

Lawson arrived promptly when we called, and he was really helpful in diagnosing the issue with our water heater and providing the highest standard of service possible. The next time we have any kind of plumbing issue, we will most certainly be calling them again.

David, the Springfield Plumbing technician, did a superb job. He showed up before everyone had anticipated. After I told him the problem, he fixed it, and the drain is no longer overflowing. I want to thank them for their excellent customer service. They have my business for all future plumbing problems!

After a long day at work, I got home to discover that my water heater had broken. The entire area was soaked. Another "emergency" plumbing service I phoned left me waiting for three hours before showing up. I gave Springfield Plumbing a ring, and they showed up at my place less than an hour later. When Victor noticed how anxious I was, he immediately became knowledgable, professional, and caring. The price range was really reasonable. This is a business that I will continue to endorse.
