We had Sooner Plumbing install a new kitchen sink for us. First, they are incredibly flaky and rescheduled the install several times. Then on the day the installed it, they removed the old sink, then decided to measure to make sure the new sink the bought would actually fit. Of course it didn't! They were supposed to install an undermount sink but had actually ordered an overmount. The workers kept insisting it was an upgrade (stupid me for trusting them!) so I said to install the sink.
