Originally, the PIP team was going to install a tankless water heater and switch out an existing bathtub to make the shower ADA compliant for my 87 year old father. We decided to add a few other changes, such new faucets, etc. While switching out the kitchen faucet, Jason and team discovered the real reason for a foundation issue (that was being repaired) that was not noted on a home inspection approximately 1 month ago.
