Worst service call I’ve ever had. I called and asked if they could find the specific source of a sewer gas leak I couldn’t pinpoint. They said yes, it’s a $69 trip/diagnostic fee. Great. The expectation is that I will know the source of the gas leak, and I or they can fix it. Guy gets out here, doesn’t bring any equipment or even look in the vents on the roof.
