Can’t rate below 1 star. On top of £80 call out fee, they charged me £100 for repacking the radiator valve. Like literally they put some teflon tape in the valve and screw it back. The plumber himself was helpful but was following orders from the owner and he seems to be an opportunist capitalising on people in need.
