Called to ask about installing a sump pump in my basement. This place asked why I thought I needed one and advised me that with my situation of my main line backing up and flooding my basement, a sump pump wouldn't be a good idea. This information didn't solve my problem; however, it did save me from installing something that would create a larger problem than it would solve and that saved me between $400-600 dollars anyway.
