⸻ I waited for hours, and they never showed up for the meeting. When I called them at 3 PM to see if they were still coming, they said they could come, but it would cost $500 for the first hour and $250 for each additional hour. They took no responsibility and were not professional at all. Such a waste of time. There are plenty of plumbers on the market who won’t waste your time. You should avoid them!
They got some really good plumbers that solve problems fast and effectively. Some junior plumbers can be slow though, pumping your billable hours for the same job.
