I have had ongoing issues with the roots of the tree in my front garden, causing problems with the plumbing in my basement for decades. Camilo assessed the situation and was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. His team (Brenden and Kathleen) did a super job digging up the basement and replacing the old clay pipe with a pvc pipe. They were so respectful of my property and left my basement clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Plumbing and Heating Heroes to my friends and family!

Great experience with Camilo! Camilo replaced my water heater efficiently and did a fantastic job (summer 2023). I called them again for an emergency (spring 2024), Camilo came right over, handled it perfectly, and both times Camilo gave an honest diagnosis at a fair price. Reliable, trustworthy, and quick—highly recommend!

Kat and Brendon came by (on short notice) to do some work. They did an excellent job and were very professional and friendly! I’d definitely recommend their amazing service and will call them for not just heating/plumbing, but also for the bathroom renovation!

Brendan and Kat came by to replace a broken shower faucet. They were upfront with the potential cost and were very professional. They replace the faucet quickly and effieciently. Would recommend for plumbing issues!
