Had Iguana heating and plumbing services out today to replace my boiler. Excellent service they explained everything fully first class service highly recommend
Where can I start. Mal, you installed my gas boiler in 2021 but never registered it with Gas Safe or sent me a boiler compliance certificate. You kept the keys to my property. The work you did on the plumbing in the bathroom had to be redone after one year. The plumber who had to fix your work said that you just put 'everything together quickly so it looked nice'. Had a leak on my 16 year old boiler. Phoned Iguana that morning and they managed to fit me in the same day. Fitted a new part and serviced the boiler and now works fine. Thanks for the prompt response and the great work. Very friendly and tidy workers too. Will definitely be using again.
Arrived home from holiday to a problem with our ‘Oso’ direct hot water cylinder. Mal responded, sorted the problem out, and gave the system a service whilst here. Excellent service and would thoroughly recommend.
