Called to see if they could assist at short notice and received very friendly, helpful troubleshooting information which resolved the issue easily within a few minutes over the phone. Will definitely be calling again if I have any future gas/plumbing issues.

It was the night before Easter long weekend and our hot water system died. Called Brenton Easter Friday and he was able to install a new system within 24 hours.
