We have used Total Tech for several years an always pleased with the service. Tino, tech, was very professional, explained everything an answered all questions.
The immediate response from answering the phone (a real person!) to having a tech out to my home within 1/2 hour of my "distress call:)" Total Tech made a bad situation (rookie error) return to normal! Problem was more than just a minor, clogged, p trap! Tino, was just here to replace an old outdoor spigot, was my tech and just as his last visit, he was professional, courteous and made sure all questions were answered and gave suggestions to help protect the work that was done. They are my "go to" guys! Should be yours too:)
(We rent this home) I had an overall great experience with Total Tech starting from Rachael setting up an appointment, she was very friendly and caring. Then when Tino arrived to take care of the showerhead issue and to replace the tub faucet everything was done in a timely manner and he made sure he cleaned up after himself. He was friendly, knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend this company.
Tino was fast, efficient, courteous and very professional! Will use them/him again when I have plumbing issues.
Adrian Cuevas was my tech. What a nice guy. Super professional and extra helpful. Truly above and beyond. Thank you sir!
