My daughter-in-law called today to make an estimate and the woman answered her rudely. The lady asked where the leak was, which obviously we don't know because it is behind a wall and she said that if we didn't know, she couldn't give free estimates. I can't give it even one star in the review because with those attitudes a business cannot function properly. Also the lady hung up the phone. Had a leak from water pipe in attic. Called around 1130, Luis arrived around 230pm same day and within the hour the leak was fixed. Luis was very professional ,respectful and knowledgeable.He had to get into a tight space in the attic to repair the leak, no complaints and did what he needed swiftly and efficiently. Plumbing Experts Inc. are lucky to have a dedicated, hardworking and very professional plumber. Would not hesitate to call again

My experience with so called “plumbing experts” is very bad I simply couldn’t give a zero star. We did remodeling kitchen, the plumber must connect 2 dishwashers, intstant hot water, garbage disposal, soap and the kitchen faucet. They also changed 1 water valve. The total bill is $957 On a top the plumber told, that the faucet is leaking inside, should be replaced. They “happen” to have one for $390, suggested to install while they are already here. Jaywall was my person and he was fantastic. I know this sink is never gonna come out of the wall. Not an easy job to do. But he was professional and fantastic. I recommend him highly
